We’ve all had those moments that when torn between a safe and cheap option and a more expensive, extravagant option we’ve said “what the hell” and picked the more extravagant one. And more often than not it’s probably worth it, if not for the fact that it’s a bit different from the usual stuff.
When considering renting a car, why not take the more luxurious offer every once in a while? Of course if you need a van for moving you shouldn’t rent a Porsche instead, but if you’re just planning a small trip and you intend to rent a car, why not go to the prestige car hire company instead and at least check out the prices?
You may be pleasantly surprised, if not awestruck. Luxury cars for hire may be more expensive than their economic counterparts, but they do have their benefits. For the most part, they are better kept and checked up on more regularly, so they’re actually much safer. There’s also plenty of perks that car hiring companies throw in with these cars, be it unlimited mileage, a free tank of gas, GPS or any other gadget, or maybe even a combination of all of these, who knows?
